Bordeaux Prices tumble

Property prices across Bordeaux are at their lowest on record as the region struggles with the crisis hitting the French wine industry. In what is becoming a buyers market the prices are now 30% less than 2003 with tougher conditions expected in 2006. As a result some smaller producers are going out of business or are being bought up by larger producers. However the best properties and appelations are less effected, although in some cases this is true.
